Enzo Deligny has been announced as a Van Amersfoort Racing driver for the upcoming FIA Formula 3 season, despite previously being announced by PREMA Racing - who appear to be having issues behind closed door, and publicly. As a result, Jesse Carrasquedo Jr. has departed the team.
Deligny is a French-Chinese racer and is stepping up from FREC, having finished third overall in his sophomore 2025 campaign. The 17 year old is a former Red Bull Junior Team driver and has been linked with Alpine’s academy in recent weeks.

The move from PREMA has been subject of publicity lately as the Italian outfit have been having major changes at the top, with questions still remaining over their commitment in multiple series. They have yet to announced Deligny’s replacement.
Mexican driver Jesse Carrasquedo Jr is a casualty of the move, and the 18 year cited “personal reasons” in a statement on his Instagram account.
