Grosjean joins Dale Coyne Racing for 2026 IndyCar season

After much anticipation, Dale Coyne Racing have announced that Romain Grosjean will be racing for them in the 2026 IndyCar season.

Currently, Grosjean competes in IMSA with Lamborghini and in 2025 he served as Prema's Reserve Driver.


Previously, the French driver raced in Formula One from 2012 until 2020 before making the switch to IndyCar in 2021. Currently, Grosjean has five podiums in IndyCar- four second places and one third.

Grosjean will be driving the No. 18 Honda, which he has previously tested at Sebring, partnering rookie Dennis Hauger.


The IndyCar season starts with the Grand Prix of St Petersburg on March 1st.
