For his fourth FIA Formula Two season Alpine Academy driver, Kush Maini is switching to ART Grand Prix.

Across his ten-year car racing career, Maini has raced in several disciplines such as FIA F4, FIA F3 and WEC Prototype cars.
Since joining Formula 2 in 2023, Maini has had varying success. However, he has won two races, and claimed a further five podiums.
In a statement, Maini said:
“I’m very happy to be joining such an historic team like ART Grand Prix. My first contacts with the engineers and mechanics have been very positive. I appreciate the determination and the human atmosphere within the team, and I can’t wait to start working with them and see what we can achieve together."

Team Principal of ART Grand Prix, Sébastien Philippe, said:
“Kush has shown real speed and maturity in Formula 2, and his win in Monaco is a clear example of his potential. We are happy to welcome him to ART Grand Prix and look forward to working together in 2026.”
The Indian driver has been a member of the Alpine Academy since October 2023, and has had several outings in F1 machinery. Kush Maini is also the reserve driver for Formula E’s Mahindra Racing, a position he has held since 2023.
