Isack Hadjar will miss the Dutch Grand Prix after sustaining a suspected wrist injury during training. Liam Lawson will replace the Frenchman at Red Bull while Yuki Tsunoda makes his return to the grid with the Racing Bulls team.
Red Bull have not given a time scale on the Frenchman’s injury.
Tsunoda was dropped from a full time race seat for this season with the accelerated progress of Arvid Lindblad, the progression of Hadjar, and Liam Lawson’s continued good form but will return to make his 90th appearance for Red Bull’s sister team, and his 112th F1 appearance overall. The Japanese driver has been linked with a move to IndyCar lately.
Lawson once again has a chance to impress the top team after his previous two race stint with them went awry.
