The end of the F1 season is quickly closing in and one critical thing is yet to be settled - who will be champion? Four drivers (at present) remain in contention going into the next round at Brazil; Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, Max Verstappen and George Russell. We’ve had something of a game of ‘Guess Who?’ to predict the winner.
Alex - Oscar Piastri

The Aussie has suffered some poor form of late but I said at the start of the season he’d win this, and I stand by it. He’s calm, but incredibly focused and I think he’s got the edge over his teammate in terms of going wheel to wheel with him and other drivers.
I think Max Verstappen will be a close second - he’s the best driver on the grid at present, and there’s no disputing that as far as I’m concerned.
Topher - Lando Norris

Norris's dominance at Mexico City came at just the right time for the Brit. His confidence might have taken a knock earlier in the season and he is now striking back with Piastri starting to show cracks of pressure.
This title fight is by no means a foregone conclusion just yet, but on the basis of the last couple of rounds one can't help but feel the pendulum is swinging back towards Norris.
Having said that, Piastri and indeed Max Verstappen should never, NEVER, be discounted.
Teagan - Oscar Piastri

Recently, Piastri has faced his struggles, but the fact that he has pushed through them and continued to fight shows that he has that championship-winning mentality. He has a cool, calm and collected demeanor, which gives him an advantage over his teammate and other drivers.
Max Verstappen will be one to watch though - he is slowly getting closer and closer to the two McLaren drivers and there could end up being a legendary three-way title fight in the final few rounds of 2025.
